At Fortix (Fortix for Networks and Information S.A.E), we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data when you use our technology services or pay through our website. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

When you request a service or complete a payment, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), company name (optional) and order details (service, duration, amount in EGP and notes). We also collect your IP address and browser type to help prevent abuse and fraud. This information is stored on our servers and sent to our team to contact you and fulfil your order.

We use your data to provide the services you request, contact you about orders and technical support, and improve the quality of Fortix services and the user experience.

Bank card and mobile wallet payments are processed by Paymob, a company licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt, on its secure, encrypted pages. We do not receive or store card numbers, CVV codes or wallet credentials on our servers in any form. The gateway sends us only the transaction reference, amount and payment status (successful, failed or refunded) so we can link them to your order reference. Data you enter on the gateway's pages is subject to Paymob's privacy policy.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We share only the necessary information with Paymob to complete payments (name, phone number, email, order reference and amount); with technical providers required to operate the website and communication channels (such as hosting and notification services), only to the extent needed for the service; and with public authorities when legally required.

We apply appropriate technical safeguards, including SSL/TLS encryption on all website pages, server security, restricted access to order records through specific permissions, and cryptographic verification of payment gateway notifications before accepting them.

We use cookies to improve your experience, remember preferences and analyse performance so we can continually improve the service.

You may request correction or deletion of your data at any time. You can also contact us with questions about how your personal data is processed.

We retain order and payment data for the duration of the service and for the period required by tax, accounting and legal obligations in Egypt. We then delete or anonymize it.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
