Are prices in EGP? Do they include tax?
All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Pay by bank card (Visa / Mastercard / Meeza) or mobile wallet through Paymob.
How do I order a service?
Fixed-price services can be ordered and paid for directly at checkout. Custom-priced services start with the quote request form. The contract is formed when we confirm the order or payment succeeds, whichever happens first. Every order receives a reference beginning with FX-.
How long does activation or implementation take?
Subscriptions (servers, hosting, VPN, WhatsApp API and maintenance contracts) are usually activated within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Installation is scheduled after a site assessment, while development projects follow the delivery plan documented in the quote.
What is the refund policy?
You can cancel before implementation or activation begins for a full refund. Monthly subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the subscription start date; after that, a proportional refund is calculated for the remaining period. Electronic payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.
When is technical support available?
Saturday–Thursday, 10 am–6 pm (Cairo time), by phone, email and WhatsApp. We respond to complaints within a maximum of 48 hours.
Can you issue an invoice in my company's name?
Yes. After payment, you receive confirmation with your order reference and amount in EGP. We can issue an invoice in your company's name: enter it in the company name field when ordering, or contact us with your order reference.
